Milind Kamble is an Indian entrepreneur and the founder of the Dalit Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DICCI). He was honoured by the Government of India, in 2013, by bestowing on him the Padma Shri, the fourth highest civilian award, for his contributions to the fields of trade and industry.

Milind Kamble is the Chairman of the DICCI which he has founded. Besides he is a member of the planning board of the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU). He was also a member of the National Advisory Committee (NAC) under the UPA government.

He also manages his constructions company, Fortune Constructions, in the capacity of the Chairman and is a Director of Mishra Associates, the company for which he worked as a sub contratcor during the initial stages of his career.
